Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

This is a commission-only sales role to start, with clear opportunity to grow into a base + commission structure based on performance and business growth.

8-12% Commission on closed deals based on experience and knowledge.

You will be assigned individual leads and trusted to manage your own success — from outreach and conversations to feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns.

This role is best suited for someone who:

  • Is comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups

  • Thinks analytically about what’s working and what’s not

  • Communicates clearly and proactively

  • Wants flexibility, autonomy, and real upside

Design Services: - Ranging from ~$300 logo projects to $3,000–$6,000 full website development. - Marketing, UX strategies, and other Creative services Monthly Retainers: - Ongoing support, updates, and digital strategy following the website launch. - A key part of creating long-term value (and recurring commissions).
